Visa support

All foreign nationalities are required to have entry visas to travel to the Russian Federation. Visas are issued by Russian Embassies/Consulates upon presenting the invitation and paying the consular fee. Russian visa is required both for leisure and business trips. You can obtain it by yourself in the closest Russian Consulate. The list of required documents is available on the official website of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In order to get a tourist visa to Russia, you need to have an invitation (also called visa support) which comprises two documents: a standard tourist confirmation and voucher from authorized Russian travel agency, registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

For getting visa support during the whole period of your stay in the hotel you need:
1.to make guaranteed reservation
2.send scan copy of your passport, both sides of your credit card and filled form for visa support to our reservation department by fax (+7 812 380 1920) or as a scanned file by e-mail (hotel@hotel-spb.com).

Our managers prepare all necessary documents and send it to you by fax or e-mail.

Visa support is provided only for guaranteed reservations. Invitation cost - 800 RUB.
What does “best available rate” mean?

Best available rate is a special rate available only for bookings at our official site. Best available price is less than prices at other booking sites and companies but usually the number of rooms offered at that price is limited.

What do guaranteed and unguaranteed booking mean?

Booking is guaranteed only if there was a prepayment for the first day of accommodation. Prepayment can be made any day before arrival by cash in the hotel, by credit card or paid in account.

How to make a prepayment?

• You can make a prepayment in cash in the hotel. For that you will need your booking number and booking confirmation from the hotel.
• You can pay by credit card at the moment of booking
• You can make a bank transfer. To make this you should send an email at hotel@hotel-spb.ru, state your full name and address.
